Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Keep Idaho Wild. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and made-to-order fulfilment

All items are printed to order by a third-party print production partner. Product photographs are digital mockups rendered on blank garments and goods. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and garment colour, fit and fabric can vary a little between production batches. These normal variations are not defects.

Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors, and we may decline or cancel an order that was placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full. Products may be discontinued or become unavailable at any time.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed by Shopify's payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Returns

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, product photography and written content on this site are the property of Keep Idaho Wild and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs or brand marks for commercial purposes without written permission. Buying a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not of the artwork printed on it.

Accuracy of content

We work to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on this site is error-free or current. We may correct errors and update content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Idaho Wild's liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
